Our client is a very successful global financial services firm with an enviable reputation and brand. They are looking to hire a Customer Experience Manager on a 12 month maternity cover. The role will support the development and ownership of the customer experience lifecycle for their B2B2C commercial partnerships providing financial advice, pensions, retirement and investment services. Key responsibilities will include: developing and owning the customer experience across a number of B2B2C commercial partnerships; acting as a co-ordination point across the business to ensure all functions work as one; indentify and implement process improvements for the customer journey; supporting in the development of a market leading customer and client experience; use data and insights to review the impact of the operational process and act as a champion to continue to lead cultural change to become more customer centric. The successful candidate will need to have experience of operating in a senior Customer Experience role, ideally with B2B or B2B2C experience. Financial services experience woudl be very useful but not essential. Candidates will also need to have proven experience of influencing multiple business functions, the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders in a matrix structure and a strong communicator.
