An award-winning Top 40 law firm with a national presence are expanding their Intellectual Property team and are looking to recruit an Associate for their Central London office.Intellectual Property Lawyer – Central London – Salary up to £110,000Excellent opportunity to join an ambitious firm with a growing reputation in the London market. The firm are highly recognised in Legal 500 and act for market leading clients across various sectors.The team act for clients on a variation of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their IP rights, whether in multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution or on complex IP agreements.The successful applicant will have good exposure to dealing with patents, trademarks, designs, copyright and possess a desire to engage in all of the rights, including pre-action correspondence, case management, witness evidence, expert evidence, R&D and collaborationagreements, IP licences and assignments, and IP due diligence.The role is ideally suited to an ambitious IP lawyer, with some exposure to contentious and non-contentious matters.The Candidate
