Job Description

A versatile Integration Engineer/Manager, with good working knowledge of Dell Boomi, is required for a rapidly growing Fintech/Insurance business with offices in Central London.The Integration Engineer will be working closely with the Head of Finance in the development of a global 3-year Finance systems strategy.Integration Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full responsibility for continued development and enhancement of global Finance systems back office architecture
  • Versatility across tooling is important as the business has deployed a number of best of breed SaaS technologies across its core tech stack
  • Form part of UK acquisition squad as it relates to Finance systems integrations and as the business carries out its buy and build acquisitions strategy, using Dell Boomi
  • Project management experience as its related to vendor due diligence, systems design and implementation, utilising agile methodologies (e.g. kanban);
  • Working with large data sets
  • Carry out complex data transformations using best of breed ETL tools
  • Involvement with General Ledger implementations as the business is looking to transition away from SUN and onto FinancialForce by the end of 2021
    • Candidate Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a fast moving business
  • Experience in using the integration tool Dell Boomi (iPaaS) is essential
  • Background in Data Analysis
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Adaptive Insights will prove extremely beneficial
  • Previous experience in maintaining Business Intelligence, AP, Payroll and T&E applications will be beneficial
  • Confident working in a fast paced, professional environment
  • Emotionally intelligent with first class communication skills both written and oral
  • Able to work self sufficiently whilst managing a busy, varied workload
  • Confident in working alongside and influencing senior stakeholders
