  • Your allocated portfolio of existing clients.
  • Handling renewals.
  • Involved in obtaining quotations and re-booking risks, as client satisfaction and business retention is key.
  • Produce Lloyd’s MRC slips and company documentation.
  • Assist in resolving issues/concerns of clerical duties.
  • Working with our small team, a diverse role in developing opportunities.
  • Professional telephone manner.
    • Key Requirements
  • 3 years’ + UK Commercial General Insurance experience.
  • Lloyd’s administration experience.
  • Computing skills (Microsoft programs/ Durrell).
  • Assist in day-to-day clerical duties.
  • Experience of UK Motor insurance.
