Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals.In the role of Insolvency and Asset Recovery Team (IAR) Administrator you will play a key role in driving the progression and completion of casework and associated tasks to the highest quality standards. This will ensure a smooth Client take on for our InsolvencyPractitioners and enable them to act swiftly in their asset recovery efforts.You will also be pivotal in assessing any financial crime aspects to these appointments, reporting directly to the Financial Crime Manager within the IAR team and supporting the teams anti financial crime initiatives and developing your own career progressionin this area.Were happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, well support you to balance your work and life.A look into the role As an Administrator within our Insolvency and Asset Recovery team you will:

  • Complete our Client Onboarding process through Appian (Client Take On). Initiate the onboarding process and complete tasks as assigned through the system per the set quality and performance standards, ensuring adherence to KPIs, compliance and risk requirements.
  • Work with Insolvency Practitioners and their case managers/staff to deliver an efficient Client onboarding process
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering excellent standards of administration services
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure a consistent and timely output
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills when collaborating with the team members and show a willingness to learn
  • Support the team Financial Crime Manager in delivering the wider Financial Crime Advisory Service to the IAR team
  • Youll keep up to date with key areas of financial crime, compliance and regulation and work with colleagues to support the ongoing development of best practice processes
  • Take responsibility for personal goals & targets
Knowing youre right for us Joining us as an Administrator the minimum criteria youll need is to have:You will have a minimum of 1-2 years Financial Crime compliance experience, underpinned by:
  • 5 GCSEs A - C including Maths and English or equivalent
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills
  • Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint at intermediate level or above
  • Experience within a similar business process/data processing role, with proven ability to meet quantitative and qualitative targets in a professional environment.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but dont worry if you dont tick every box, well help you develop along the way.
  • A working knowledge of bribery & corruption, prevention of the criminal facilitation of tax evasion, sanctions and/or third-party risk management.
  • Experience drafting suspicious activity reports
  • Experience in personal and corporate insolvency
