Job Description

INSIGHTS DELIVERY LEAD UP TO £85,000 LONDON, SE1 (HYBRID) THE COMPANY Harnham is working with a dynamic and innovative global consultancy specialising in data driven solutions. With a strong advisory-led approach, we partner with clients across diverse industries, including retail, FMCG, media, telecoms, and more.THE ROLE You will:

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee insight projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including research project managers, data scientists, and analysts.
  • Manage project costs and budgets effectively.
  • Identify and address potential project issues and challenges.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, guiding clients on strategic decisions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for larger-scale projects, primarily for FMCG and multimedia clients.
  • Handle client deliverables for projects, including those in multiple markets.
  • Occasionally participate in smaller customer journey projects.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You will need to have:
  • Proven experience in client management and project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a non-hierarchical, cross-functional team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Previous experience in handling multimarket projects is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
