Job Description

Supplements - the futureof nutrition; and Skincare product - the first protocol to address the 8 causes of skin aging.They carefully curate with their partners and are proud to collaborate with the industry’s best medical, skincare and wellness experts.Inside Sales Representative:The Inside Sales position must foster and embody a clear and distinct level of excellence in all aspects of the brand. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the telesales strategy specific to sales performance and conversions within the ProfessionalChannel. The core area of focus will be on outbound calling to drive industry targeted sales conversions into new wholesale accounts, but will also include inbound phone calls from prospects, answering frequently asked questions, developing account progress,suggestive consultative selling of the entire brand portfolio, providing pricing and recommendations and ongoing account support for sell-thru. The Inside Sales position will be able to effectively help open, grow, motivate, lead, coach and develop his/herprospects and accounts daily.The Inside Sales position will be responsible for reaching overall sales milestones. These milestones include aggressive monthly sales goals and growth metrics as well as recurring revenue targets by account. This position will report to the Global Headof Professional.This candidate is expected to actively work collaboratively with the team every day to ensure an exceptional guest experience in a professional atmosphere and always lead by example. This person is self-motivated and exhibits the drive to achieve sales targetsfor commission.Daily Expectations:

  • Willingness and ability to manage the target list
  • Exceptional phone skills to convert cold calls into appointments for consultations
  • Ability to close transactions over the phone and convert into new account wholesalers
  • Ongoing account management of account list to ensure MOM and YOY growth
  • Work closely with Leadership team and maintain high levels of communication as needed
  • Ability to conduct consultations for effective outcomes
  • Ability to coach to upsell to drive recurring revenue expectations and achieve targets
  • Accurate completion of activity and sales reporting
  • High level of attention to detail and focus on fact and evidence-based decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills & leadership skills among the team
  • Willingness to take accountability and ownership of the targets, accounts supported and results
  • Daily sense of urgency
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve challenges for customers where possible
  • Effective communication with guests and excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Office, MS Windows, MS Excel and any new software brought to use

  • Maintain standard level of brochures and information needed for guest education at all times

  • Ability to build a sales pipeline and drive conversions to new accounts
  • Calls must be answered, without going to voicemail during center operating hours
  • Business to business development plans and execution for localized marketing efforts and/or marketing support
  • Timely completion of and scheduling of any training needs by account
  • Prompt involvement with concerned customers with follow up to cause for resolution
  • Accurate orders being placed with accurate payment terms
  • Tracking of samples provided
  • Accurate reporting of Monthly Sales Logs for commission payouts
  • Ability to receive feedback
