Amazon Web Services (AWS) is one of the drivers of this progress on behalf of our customers. We are looking for leadership talent who want to help shape this exciting time for EMEA Startups in a brand new function built from scratch. If you have a passion for using technology to solve business problems that have a major impact on customers, build the future with us.AWS is building out a remote sales function to drive growth across a targeted set of the industries most well funded, most mature and disruptive Startups. In this role, the team you build will be aligned to a target set of the highest potential Startup prospects/customers in EMEA. You will work closely with the Area and segment leadership teams across EMEA to build a plan to execute on the Area, segment and account priorities.As a manager for the Startup Inside Sales team you will build a high impact and diverse team of Inside Sales Representatives who are responsible for teaming with field, specialist and technical functions to deploy startup specific account management/acquisition tactics. You will manage career growth and development of ISRs, coach the team on performance, sales plan and strategy. Your team will help to grow the consumption of current and new AWS services across priority prospects/customers in the EMEA Startup space.
