Western Union powers your pursuit.In this critical and new regional role, you will be the subject matter expert for currency transfer in the UK, Ireland and key Nordic countries. Youll drive customer value and revenue growth and focus on the following: Role Responsibilities

  • Understand the growth area opportunities and competitive landscape and make suggestions on pricing initiatives which will drive long term customer value and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate Agent performance and commission tracking - making recommendations to Area Sales Executives (ASEs) on Agent performance, gaps, and remediation plans to address those gaps.
  • Evaluate and research competitor action planning and provide clear insight and recommendations. You will understand market developments and the future impact, suggesting and then implementing ways to make sure the business is well positioned.
  • Take action on pricing proposals and incentives to generate profitable growth.
  • Provide insight and support to the Sales Teams, including validation of each new location based on analysis of market data and opportunity.
Role Requirements
  • You may have a degree in quantitative fields or relevant professional equivalent experience in financial services (ideally Money Transfer) involving data analysis with a focus on pricing and performance management.
  • Extensive experience in delivering value to customers and agents ideally in the money transfer space.
  • This role is internally focused, so youll be skilled at building and developing key relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • When we meet you your outstanding analytical skills, understanding of the marketplace and your ability to draw and articulate insight will be clear.
  • Collaboration, transparency, and drive are just some of the behaviors youll need to succeed in this role.
  • Communication skills are vital so your written and spoken English will be excellent - any additional language skills could also be an advantage.
