  • Do you have experience with the full sales cycle and building business from scratch
  • We are currently working with one of the best Collaboration SaaS providers. With over 1200 employees globally and $550 million turnover. Their solutions is sold on a monthly recurring revenue basis where you will predominantly focus on new business controlling the full sales cycle from the ground up. The role offers autonomy and flexibility with a mixture of home and office work, with their local office being near Richmond.Their solutions are used by the likes of Amazon, Mercedes and SAP so you will have some excellent case studies to use. Their portfolio of products is also broad so with every client you will have a number of product leaders to discuss based on the customers position. Most importantly though you will strong at engaging with C-Level decision makers, using tools like linked to help identify customers and the ability to control a sales process from start to finish. Their solution is sold on a MRR basis so understanding of the licence sales model would be highly beneficial.The beauty of their solution means you will also have the autonomy to approach any client you want within any market / vertical as their solution could be suitable for all industries. You will also not be micromanaged and they business look for hard work and a good attitude. Flexibility to work from home is offered and most important the commission is uncapped.Inside Sales Executive - Responsibilities
  • Generate prospects for new business sales from the ground up.
  • Distribute sales information and promotional information to prospective customers.
  • Generate leads by building a self-initiated pipeline.
  • Make cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Schedule informational calls and meetings with prospect or client contacts.
  • Conduct information sessions with prospects and clients to provide information on services available.
  • Lead discussion during calls and meetings; discern needs.
  • Conduct meetings to demo service components to prospects and clients.
  • Follow up with prospect or client after call or meeting.
  • Act as a consultant to prospects and clients on current offering of products.
  • Transition account support as defined within channel guidelines
  • Achieve sales goals set by manager each month
  • Inside Sales Executive - Person Profile
  • Demonstrated SaaS / Web Conferencing / Collaboration / UCaaS or similar experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an effective sales funnel
  • Demonstrated success multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated success composing e-mails and proposals that are articulate and grammatically correct
  • Self-starter with demonstrated success working in a team environment
  • Tech-savvy-- Ability to quickly learn and speak to our companys software solutions
  • Demonstrated ability or aptitude to sell using a direct sales model
  • Ability to present and lead meetings with new prospects on software solutions
  • Ability to conduct effective needs analysis meeting with customers and prospects
  • Ability to provide clear, concise, and effective communications with a C-level audience
  • Solid understanding of what social and professional networking sites bring to the business community
  • Strong negotiation skills
