Infrastructure Team Leader - Windows, VMWare, Azure - Global Co.Our client is a global organisation that delivers a multitude of media services into the financial services market place, with offices in London, Hong Kong and NY to name a few!With over 2,000 employees across 20 global offices you will be working within an Infrastructure and End Point support team of circa 10 people with three of the team focussing on Wintel Server Infrastructure incorporating Exchange Online and O365.Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer Team Leader that has core Windows Server & AD skills but a leaning/speciality on the O365 & Exchange Online side as our client have migrated all their Exchange Servers to O365 cloud/Exchange Online. As a result, there is also a great deal of emphasis in this role on automation and utilising PowerShell etc to improve and streamline the processes for the circa 2000 users.This is 80% hands on tech role and 20% Management role you will be leading, directing and managing a team of two infrastructure engineers who you will also be working alongside on the day to day infrastructure needs. You will be taking some of the pressure of the Infrastructure manager. This is newly created role so its a great chance to put your stamp on things.If you have experience working in an enterprise scale environment or similar positions, then this role is for you.Main Responsibilities:
