Infrastructure Support Engineer£29,000 to £34,000 plus outstanding benefits packageLondon, EC3A

Now looking to recruit an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide a white glove service to all users including the Senior Leadership Team; the successful candidate will be passionate about working for them and for building a career within their global organisation. If you are ambitious, hard-working and dedicated to providing a high level of technical customer support, this could be the opportunity for you!As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. You should have detailed knowledge and understanding of Incident, Problem and Service Request management processes.You should also have solid experience in IT Service Desk environment and working in a technical customer facing role. We are looking for a candidate with a smart and friendly attitude and experience gained within highly corporate environments. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced in-house support team who provide technical support across the business.Experience Required for the Infrastructure Support Engineer role
  • Windows 10
  • MS Office 2016
  • ITIL knowledge / qualifications preferred
  • Citrix Support (Desktop Director)
  • Meeting Room Support (Cisco WebEx, Teamboards), AV
  • Remote Support - TeamViewer or other
  • Mobile Phone set up using Air watch/(MDM)
  • Cisco Desk phones with Jabber
  • Secure Printing
  • Windows Bit Locker or equivalent
  • New Starters including desk set-ups
  • Laptop/Desktop support and imaging tools for Laptops/PCs
  • Exposure to Apple Macs
  • Windows File structure Backups
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Active Directory administration & Group Policies
  • LAN/WAN/WI-FI fundamentals
  • Service Desk Tools for day to day incidents/tasks.
  • In addition, any experience with Office 365, VMware, experience with third party apps, application deployment tools and Smart Deploy would be a bonus, although not a requirement!
