This firm have made a significant impression in the City infrastructure market, now ranking Tier 1 in the legal Directories for Infrastructure: M&A and Acquisition Financing after several strategic hires. This has allowed the firm to act for an ever-expandingportfolio of national and global clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The sponsor-focused team advises a number of private equity funds investing in this space, and its offering is further strengthened by the global firms ESG practice. The ideal candidate will have experience gained from a similar firm or another top-tier law firm.
