Job Description

Infrastructure EngineerAre you a driven Infrastructure EngineerHQ in North London, Easy to get to from all areas of London, Hertfordshire and the M25 and A406.   • Manage and administer Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Support Microsoft Defender for endpoint security.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune.
  • Maintain Windows domain environments and Group Policy.
  • Provide user support for applications and desktops.
  • Ensure security and networking fundamentals.
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
  • 3rdline technical support experience
  • Familiarity with Azure Admin, MS Defender/Endpoint Manager/M365 Admin/Intune/Autopilot/Teams/Exchange Online
  • Knowledge of virtualization, preferably VMware.
  • Experience in ACD/Telco environments is preferred.
  • Self-driven, proactive, problem solver, and eager to learn.
