Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing IT team. The role will involve supporting the infrastructure including server, storage, network, data, and applications as well as project-based work to improve and enhance the infrastructure environment.Technical skills

  • Office 365Azure IaaS stack including Exchange Online, Teams
  • Strong understanding of Modern Management - SCCMIn-TuneAirwatchAzure AD
  • Excellent Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012R2/2016 including clustering, Radius.
  • Understanding PowerShell scripting
  • Experience of patch management deployment/Windows Software Update Services/VMware
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and vLAN
  • Good understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.15+ and including integration with Hypervisor along with Citrix NetScaler.
  • Good Understanding VMware vSphere 6.5+ including the using of Site Recovery Manager
  • Good Understanding of iSCSI/Fibre channel Storage Area Networks, such as Nimble
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (preferably Logic Monitor)
  • Knowledge of Backup systems (preferably CommVault)
    • Responsibilities
  • Responsible and subject matter expert for Modern Management Infrastructure SCCMIn-TuneAzure AD, including Windows 10 and iOS devices.
  • Administer and maintain corporate infrastructure, including Active Directory, LAN, Internet access, firewalls, and Exchange 2010+
  • Administer the VMware vSphere 6.5+ Infrastructure and Nimble Storage with Site Recovery Manager
  • Management of relationships with third parties and suppliers
