Job Description

Role: Infrastructure EngineerLocation: Old Street, EC1 (Flexible Working) Salary: £55,000Sector: Managed Service ProviderI am currently recruiting for a dynamic and fast-growing MSP based in Old Street, London, who are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with experience in the creative / post-production / VFX work environments. With a focus on providing IT Support to the creative industry, this MSP has a huge client base and seeking a personable and technically minded Infrastructure Engineer. Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent Understanding of full Microsoft Stack (Active Directory, Hyper - V, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WDS, WSUS, IIS, Exchange 2016 - 2019)
  • VMware ESXI Virtual Server Builds from Scratch, Support & Administration
  • Expert Experience of Dell / HP Storage & Server Hardware - (SAN / DAS)
  • Good Understanding of Azure
  • Networking Infrastructure Skills - L2/L3 Switches, VLANs, Firewalls, VPN, NAT, PAT, SNMP
Your New Role
  • Provide World Class IT Infrastructure Support to a range of clients
  • Project Management and Implementation of Infrastructure
  • Successfully liaising with clients and colleagues daily ensuring successful completion of projects
  • Troubleshooting a range of issues via telephone, remote access, and on-site
  • Improve company systems and procedures
  • Ad hoc mentoring of junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge
