Inbound Sales Development Representative (German speaker) Role:
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the DeepL offering and the markets they operate within to have detailed and valuable conversations with clients
  • Create a fantastic first impression for prospects and customers while building a sales pipeline for the Account Executives team
  • Perform prospect outreach to target accounts via phone calls, emails, social channels and your own creative methods, initiating relationships with key decision-makers and generating interest in DeepL
  • Respond to any inbound requests via Zendesk support, phone and email, promoting DeepL and their offering in your responses
  • Organise and categorise sales lead information in Zendesk Sell and Salesforce, ensuring all information is input quickly and accurately
  • Maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients, qualifying any sales opportunities when they arise
Inbound Sales Development Representative (German speaker) Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Fluency in English and German to C2 level of proficiency or higher
  • Transferrable sales, internship, or customer-facing experience (essential!)
  • Proven track record of success (professional, personal, or extracurricular)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage your own time effectively
  • Passionate about technology
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in your career
