THE GIG Part of the EMEA Inbound Team, the EMEA Inbound Logistics Coordinator tracks and traces inbound shipments and coordinates intake for both our UK and Netherlands distribution centres (DCs) with Freight Forwarders. The role supports regionalOperations as well as the Global SC team with stock in-transit visibility and is based in Camden, London. Occasional travel to the UK DC and potentially the NL DC. As our EMEA Inbound Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for:Approving ocean freight bookings, tracking shipments from the factories to the DCs, ensuring accuracy of intake details within internal systems and investigating discrepancies Coordinating delivery schedule with DCs, Freight Forwarders and Customs BrokersMaintaining the samples and airfreight tracker, reporting any delays to the Supply & Demand teamCollaborating with planning and sales teams OUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES Its never just a job at Dr. Martens.
