Excellent opportunity for property lawyer to join in-house organisation based in Battersea.Our client is an investment business looking to add to their legal team (currently four). Its a great opportunity for someone currently working in private practice to move in-house in a commercial property role.The company invests in commercial and residential property and has an environment that is fast-paced with multiple acquisitions on the go at the same time.You will enjoy an interesting and varied role and will be needed on matters of property law, company acquisitions and contract work as well as some litigation and dispute matters that arise from time to time.The successful candidate will become an integral part of the business as part of our in-house legal team.Your duties will include but not be limited to:* Exchange and completion of property and company purchases, litigation matters etc * Obtaining title searches with the use of the Land Registry Portal * Submitting forms to the Land Registry Portal, Courts etc * Drafting correspondence, producing reports and other documents * Opening and closing files, filing and archiving etc.Please apply for further information about this opportunity.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
