IMMEDIATE START- due to start this week!One of our favourite clients are looking for a recruitment coordinator to help on a temporary 3-month basis. Supporting their Global Recruitment Manager, you will be part of their Global HR team and you will be supporting all recruitment activities in their London and international offices, as their new Singapore office, due to open in 2021. Their culture is relaxed with an open plan, impressive offices, however, they are all extremely intelligent, hardworking, and professional so you must be prepared to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Duties include and are not limited to: day-to-day recruitment administration; advertise vacancies using internal, external advertising sites and proactive searches on candidate databases; liaise with interview panels and candidates to schedule interviews and assessments, including booking rooms, creating conferencing links and sending invitations; act as the main point of contact for candidate communications; and answering recruitment-related general enquiries and assisting with the setup of occasional online and face-to-face recruitment events.The ideal candidate will be naturally proactive, diligent and must have recruitment administration experience. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting with confidence working with global exposure.
