We are hiring for an iMIS Consultant with non-profit sector experience to join our team at Zentso, home to leading CRM Specialists for Not-For-Profits on a full or part-time, remote (work-from-home) basis.Zentso is a leading technology consultancy for Not-For-Profits globally. We work with associations, charities, and educational bodies, transforming them into high-performing organisations through the cost-effective use of progressive technology.The role is remote, but you may be required to attend client/staff meetings in person from time to time. As an independent consultancy, we choose to partner with leading technologyproviders and give valuable guidance to help our clients.About the RoleAs an iMIS Consultant, you will be client-facing, working on various iMIS projects concurrently. You will be responsible for implementing iMIS solutions as part of larger projects and smaller tasks for clients. You will be required to discuss business needswith clients and translate these into best practice and best value solutions.While it would be preferable that you have experience with iMIS, it is not a hard requirement, as we will provide training and mentoring.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver build elements individually and as part of a wider team on various projects
• Work with other technical members of the team, as required
• Meeting with and discussing technical requirements with clients and providing solution recommendations focusing on value and benefits to the client
• Train clients on their solutions as built by you
• Work on any other technical projects, internal or external, as required.
• Commitment to maintain and contribute to the inclusive, friendly culture at Zentso
• May need to occasionally work outside of regular hours to ensure projects are completed on time
• Undertake training to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date
• You will log all your time in Zentso’s project management system

Required Skills:

• Experience of working in the non-profit sector or a passion to do so
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to accurately scope, plan and estimate the level of effort for tasks
• A solid understanding of modern web technologies
• Understanding of project methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile
• Ability to work well with others
• Well organised and can self-manage your time effectively

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in using or implementing iMIS, preferably certified (CIA/CIP)
• Experience working in a consultancy
• SQL, SSRS, Javascript, CSS, HTML skills or knowledge of
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or Physics
