With cutting edge, ultra-low latency technology and award-winning trading strategies they are a global leader in trading and financial technology.Being a proprietary (prop) trading firm too, theyre a close team too - they have a culture of high achievement, personal development and a real passion for what they do.As part of their growth in London theyre looking for a IMAC Engineer to join them.Youll work across Desktop and Trading Floor teams, providing technical support for both software and hardware, managing PC set ups, deployments and upgrades and supporting one of the most sophisticated IT environments in the world.Youll also be key in strategic projects around IT procurement, asset management and infrastructure expansion.If youre a self-started, have a passion to learn and want to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment then this is the role for you!Requirements:- Proven experience of IMAC work and IT support across desktop infrastructure, trading tech and hardware - Good knowledge of IT hardware, associated technologies and infrastructure in general - Experience in a fast-paced, challenging environment - ideally trading and the financial services - A passion for IT and technology and desire to learn more and progress - A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills - Excellent communication skills and a "customer first" mentality - Proactive and flexible approach to workDesktop - Trade Floor - EUC - MAC - IT Support
