We are currently seeking an ICT Technician to provide support to multiple schools in North London. As part of this role, you will receive apre-paid travel card.This will be a customer-facing role, and therefore, the ICT Technician must be comfortable interacting with clients and ideally have prior client-facing experience, whether through a school or an IT Managed Service Provider.The ICT Technician will have experience in supporting Windows operating systems, troubleshooting networks, and providing end-user computer support. You will also be responsible for supporting school hardware, which may include printers, AV equipment, touchscreens,and projectors.In addition to delivering customer-focused 2nd Line Engineering support, you will help promote the companys services and assist each site in planning for future projects.
