A fantastic opportunity has opened with one of our clients, a leading Lloyds broker for an IBA Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. Your main responsibilities will be managing the IBA function, ensuring effective operation through overseeing credit control, maintaining processes and controls as well as being responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the Finance Process manual froman IBA perspective. Key duties will include but not be limited to; designing and improving IBA finance procedures, producing relevant MI and reporting, investigation of aged transactions, collections and settlements of funds, file reviews, query resolution, team management, trainingand development, coaching on technical support, liaising with senior stakeholders and overseas offices, document checks, assisting the Finance Manager with projects as and when required and ensuring all IBA process are in line with regulatory and Company requirementsand policies. You will have a proven track record as an IBA Team Leader within a broking environment, Treaty knowledge as well as Client Money/ CASS 5 experience. You will have excellent excel skills and be analytical with keen attention to detail. You will have experiencein leading teams and projects.
