A specialist Lloyds Coverholder are recruiting for an IBA Manager to join their growing team based in the City of London. This position will assume direct responsibility for the IBA function and will require the successful candidate to act as a conduitbetween Technical Operations and Finance, whilst closely supporting the Head of IBA and Technical IBA Team Lead. This is a leadership position taking accountability for organising, planning and implementing strategic efficiency, as well as training, developingand recruiting to add to an already talented team.Main Duties: - Oversee all elements within the IBA function. - Evaluate and streamline business processes to enhance speed and efficiency.- Take responsiblity in developing a strong team-ethic mentoring and developing colleagues.- Management of IBA/Credit Control focused projects. - Cash-Allocation & Aged-Debt investigation. - Departmental KPIs meet agreed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.- Ensure the maintenance of the general ledger.- Production of MI Reporting to be presented to the Senior Finance Team alongside Head of IBA.Person Specification: - Understanding and Experience of an IBA function in the Lloyds Insurance Market. - Experience of working with an Insurance Brokerage or Managing Agent/Coverholder.- Proven track-record in managing and developing a team. - Ensuring targets and KPIs are adhered too. - Good Microsoft Excel Skills.- Experience of the Brokasure system would be a desirable.
