You will be doing that by delivering Employee centric HR Projects,Products & Services!Your day to dayWorking regularly and closely with our global internal network, supporting the day-to-day Senior HR Business Partner, delivering HR Operations and Employee Relations activities.You will be involved in all hire to retire processes, in collaboration with colleagues from Legal, Procurement and other departments.A part of the role is to also ensuring the accuracy, quality and timeliness of payments, documents and services, owning and solving problems end-to-end, while working as one joined up team with colleagues based in our Service Centers, enabling the full lifecycle of employment from hiring to retiring.You will be providing data driven recommendations for People & Culture Management, also supporting necessary HR activities including authorization of vendors, co-creation and retention of documents, payroll-relevant calculations, communication with currentand former employees.Reporting to the P&ED Team Leader UK & IE, youll be a part of UK HR Team based across two work locations in London, enjoying a work environment of openness, transparency, space to deliver where diversity of opinions is valued and appreciated.About you
