HRIS and Payroll Manager £40,258 - £42,463 per annum37 hours per week52 weeks per annumAbingdon CampusPermanentAbingdon and Witney College are looking for a highly motivated, professional and organised HRIS and Payroll Manager who will be responsible for the Colleges payroll operations and HRIS (iTrent), including the management of the day-to-day work of the payroll service team and iTrent to ensure that both are delivered efficiently and effectively. Working with a small, friendly team, the successful applicant will be the expert within the College in the field of payroll and the HRIS, with responsibility for ensuring that the Colleges statutory and contractual obligations for pay, benefits and pensions are met. In addition, you will be responsible for the development and management of the HRIS (iTrent), ensuring maximum effective usage by the HR team, efficiency and value for money.
