Job Title: HR Systems Manager (iTrent)Salary: up to £50K Location: Central London / hybrid JGA is partnered with a leading business seeking an HR Systems Manager with extensive iTrent experience to join their team.This position comes with EXCELLENT benefits! Responsibilities:* Leading on the maintenance of iTrent and taking a lead on new developments. * Building the system using existing workflows, data conversions, e-learning requirements, and streamlining HR processes* Developing and testing the system* Working closely with the HR team * Acting as HRIS lead on cross-departmental projects * Leading on changes Skills required:* Excellent understanding of the iTrent system. * Demonstrable ability to work on HRIS backend developments. * Will consider candidates who are Analysts looking to step up.* Good communication skills * Proven ability to work cross-departmentally.
