Prospectus is excited to be supporting a London-wide charity working to prevent homelessness in their search for a new HR Systems and Payroll Officer.Reporting to the HR Systems and Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for processing HR and Payroll information, maintaining and developing information systems and processes including developing efficient self-service HR information systems, payroll processing, producing HR reports and monitoring performance data. You will act as the HR super-user or system administrator for designated information systems as required. You will provide to the HR team and other staff appropriate documentation, face to face guidance and training, as well as producing data integrity reports and exception reports for relevant HR systems and identify corrective work required. You will also carry out reporting and data integrity checking to ensure that payroll and pension processes remain fit for purpose and develop appropriately. To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience of working within an HR systems and payroll position and will understand objectives and tasks of a HR Department in a service delivery organisation. You will have the ability to learn how to use new software systems quickly and understand technical guidance and HR policies and procedures. You will be proficient in using of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook and have exceptional team work and communications skills.
