Job Description

(SOLUTION ARCHITECT, SAP, HR, BENEFITS, PAYROLL, TIME, INTEGRATIONS)A leading investment and commercial bank are searching fora Solution Architect to specialise on their HR IT system product line, SAP Success Factor. SAP SuccessFactors includes the likes of benefits, payroll, and time.You will be responsible for all governance and architectural direction for this product line, and you will work on large-scale integrations between the product line and the banks internal systems. A large portion of this role initially will be spent workingon EC Payroll. You will be the sole Solution Architect for the system product line.A large portion of this role initially will be spent working on EC Payroll. In the next 5 years they also have a large portion of time and benefits deployments pipelined. From this team there are great progression opportunities available into other productlines or into Enterprise level roles. The stakeholders you will engage with include Cyber Security, governance, external hosting comities, HR, the vendor, and various members of IT.My client is open to sponsoring candidates along with their dependents, as long as they already have valid UK Visa’s and currently work in the UK. This is a hybrid role where you are expected to be in office in London 1 / 2 days a week.Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HR systems – significant preference to SAP SuccessFactors and EC Payroll
  • Experienceworking on large scale HR system integrations
  • Experienceworking within larger organisations – preferably financial services
  • Can’t be entirely focused on deployments – needs to be a traditional Solution Architect
  • Integration of live systems
