Job Description

Our large London-based client now has fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to join them on an 18 month fixed term basis. Please note; this role offers hybrid and flexible working with regular weekly visibility required in the centralLondon office.As HR Project Manager you will play a key role in driving service improvement across the whole People and Culture Team and its processes by managing a range of projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires someone who is highly organised,can manage projects and has a desire to drive change through continuous improvement. Blending knowledge of HR process and best practice with an inquisitive, persuasive and customer centric approach, you will bring your knowledge and experience of change managementand experience of people related project management and ability to engage and consult key stakeholders on new ways of working in order to:

  • Identify and deliver operational service improvement activity through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
  • Lead on reviewing ways of improving and linking services across the whole PACT team to ensure a seamless service is provided to the business
  • Identify and implement the development and expansion of both colleague and manager self-service functionality
  • Support the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within operational processes
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy and take ownership of change initiatives from evolution through to delivery of BAU
  • Work with colleagues and business departments to devise new support material including training, reporting and systems enhancements
  • Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and improvements and learning can be made for future deliveries
  • Be responsible for the documenting of the governance of People Processes, process maps and documentation
To be considered you will require:
  • A strong understanding of HR Legislation and practise demonstrated by CIPD qualification or demonstrable experience
  • Proven continuous improvement and operational HR experience
  • Experience of working in a shared service environment in a medium to large organisation
  • Knowledge and experience of change methodology and tools
  • Excellent project management skills and experience of working with ambiguity and managing multiple deliverables/tasks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a naturally inquisitive and customer centric approach
  • Persuasiveness and credibility in championing solutions that improve customer service and delivery
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • An Innovative thinker, good at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and responsive, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
