Job Description

HR Project Manager (iTrent) / 6 Months+ / LondonIm currently working with a well known organisation in the Education sector committed to providing excellent educational needs to our students and maintaining a positive work environment. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our HR processes andenhance employee experience, we are embarking on an exciting project to implement the iTrent HR system. We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Project Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract. As the HR Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the iTrent HR system. Your main responsibilitieswill include:

  1. Project Planning and Management:
    • Develop a detailed project plan outlining key milestones, tasks, and time lines.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met.
    • Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with HR teams to identify system requirements and process improvements.
    • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for enhancement and customisation.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications for the iTrent system.
  3. System Implementation and Configuration:
    • Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to configure and customise the iTrent system.
    • Oversee the data migration process and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and resolve any issues.
  4. Change Management and Training:
    • Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for HR staff and end-users.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during the transition period.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience with iTrent or other HR information systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Duration: 6-month contract position, with possibility of extension based on project needs.
