Job Description

Package Consultant - SuccessFactors Time Management Location- Remote with some travel Duration - 12 months Rate - £450-500 pd Role DescriptionThe scope for this Project will include the following Modules

  • Employee Central
  • Employee Central Benefits
  • Compensation/Variable Pay
  • Onboarding 2.0
  • Employee Central Time and Time Off
  • Employee Central Payroll (US, UK and Canada)
  • Performance and Goals
  • Succession Planning
  • SAP Work Zone and Qualtrics
Essential skills and experience Attendance Consultant (UK & EMEA) requires:
  • Multiple (2+) EC Time-off and Time tracking implementation experience for EMEA and UK payroll.
  • Good domain knowledge of EMEA countries time requirements especially around work council.
  • Experience configuring payroll.
