Take ownership of your career, come and join our EMEA HR Operations team based in London, whereyou will be part of a diverse, collaborative and dynamic team responsible for managing HR Operations and Projects across the region. You will manage and support the delivery and implementation of HR Operations and Projects across a range of focus areas includingregulatory change and expansion into new and existing locations across EMEA. You will partner with our HR Service Centre teams to ensure effective provision of HR operational services to all the EMEA locations to support the end to end employee life cycle.You will be instrumental in identifying process improvements to enhance our HR operational delivery and efficiency. Where necessary, you will also manage the implementation of HR operational aspects of restructures, integrations and divestitures. To thrivein this role you will enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business. You will likely have experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Shared Services and/or Business Analysis. You will be a resourceful self-starter whohas strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and is able to gather information from and leverage a variety of sources. You will be able to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisationand self-direction.In addition, you will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.
