Job Description

My client is leading niche financial services business who are seeking an HR Operations Adminstrator, working closely with the wider HR Team to ensure all HR Adminstration tasks are performed. There is an International aspect to this position so an indiviudual with exposure to HR Administration across EMEA is highly desirablde as is at least 2 years + of working in the Financial Services Industry. This is highly varied position and you will hold administrative responsibility for all of the opertional aspects of HR, from a Hands On perspective. To Include but not exclusive to: Maintain HR Databases Managing Benefit administration On - Boarding and Off - Boarding Global Mobility Recruitment Payroll Learning and Development. They are looking for an individual to start this position as soon as possible, so please only apply if you are immediately available or on a one week notice period.
