Job Description

Our client is an International Bank that is looking to hire an HR Officer to join their team at the London Office;Job Purpose:To plan, maintain and manage human resource related activities in order to ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness as well as the increased level of satisfaction among the employeesArea of Responsibility

  • Recruitment - Offer letter preparation, joining formalities completion, reference check, and employee id creation for new joinees.
  • Maintaining training records, analyzing training feedback.
  • Maintaining employee records, files, leave record, confirmations, contract extensions and monitoring HRMS with respect to muster, leave, reporting authority.
  • Compensation - Preparing UK payroll file, tracking ESOS tax, checking payroll recording, BACS instruction, preparing salary reports, ensuring PAYE and NI payments, maintaining Germany and Belgium payroll filing, handling payroll queries.
  • Reports -Preparing data for various reports eg-P11D, PSA, Form 42
  • Exit clearance - ensure that clearances are complete, ensure Id deletion call are logged and completion of relieving formalities.
  • Maintenance of MIS - employee data, attrition list, Leave data.
  • Immigration - tracking visa expiry and ensuring visa applications are submitted in time for seconded employees
  • Invoice verifications and submissions to accounts payable
  • Filing and record maintenance
