Artis Recruitment are currently supporting a leading Global Finance Broker, 6th largest in the world who due to acquisitions and organic growth have continued to excel in their market. This is a great opportunity for a regional HR Officer / Junior HR BusinessPartner to support 5 business units across London as a HR Generalist. Permanent full time post paying £40-43,000 pa + car allowance & bonus. This role is based in London, remote / home based and regional travel across multiple sitesAiming to be one of the UKs leading insurance intermediaries delivering the best outcomes to clients, insurers, investors and our people. With a federated group of businesses, we can offer a diversity of experience and with ouroverarching mission we can ensure the success of our people and business.Job Purpose*To support the HR Business Partner in the provision of a professional, comprehensive, and pro-active HR service to the organisation through providing them with support, best practice HR advice and guidance, training, and coaching. At the same time, workingas part of a wider HR Advisory team to support delivery of team objectives and providing cover for HR colleagues as appropriate. Ensuring a pragmatic approach towards HR matters and acting with pace and a can-do attitude, adopting a true business partnering approach to add value on the Peopleagenda.Principle Responsibilities and Accountabilities*Champion the HR agenda, which support business growth, builds capabilities, and drives engagement in partnership with business managers.*Providing support and guidance to the business managers and colleagues*Working directly with HR Business Partners to drive business growth and profitability through enhanced productivity and satisfaction*Support in matters relating to employee relations*Support and help deliver a succession and headcount plan to meet future business objectives*Drive HR process to ensure optimum performance of the business units*Work on business aligned projects to improve processes, ensuring colleagues are engaged appropriately*Provide a solution focused approach*Able to influence across a range of stakeholders*Provide welcome meetings for new acquisitions and TUPEd staff and be able to answer queries*Provide specific HR advice and support on all HR issues to managers on all employment relations matters, referring complex or sensitive matters to the HR Business Partners.*Where required, coach managers through cases of poor behaviour, attendance, performance or change issues. This may include attending meetings with the manager and/or the preparation of letters, reports, or other documentation.*Assist with specific HR related projects as required.*Produce high quality, accurate and timely correspondence and reports as needed.*Assist in the development, maintenance and improvement of appropriate procedures, guidance, and systems to ensure good housekeeping and high-quality standards of performance.*Provide support as needed for recruitment processes including attendance at interviews on occasions.*Assist in the development and delivery of training in HR related topics.*Work in partnership with HR Business Partners and business managers to ensure the accurate and timely completion of HR documentation relating to recruitment requests, starters, leavers, changes*Support managers in the analysis of HR metric/statistics, highlighting trends to the HR Business Partners.*Proactively identify improvements within the business areas *Support the development and delivery of the Group induction and management development programmes relating the HR policies and procedures.*Take responsibility for own learning and development by recognising and taking advantage of all opportunities to learn, including full participation in appraisals.Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience*CIPD qualified to Level 5, (preferable).*Working knowledge of People XD would be advantageous *Ability to work well as part of a team, whilst having the drive to motivate themselves to deliver excellent results.*Demonstrates a strong customer focus, with the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Communicating clearly and concisely and taking an outcomes-based approach.*A creative problem solver with high attention to detail *Ability to operate professionally within a complex, fast-paced, results driven environment*Acting as a role model, valuing, and recognizing the worth of others*Operates with personal responsibility and the courage to speak up.
