Job Description

We are seeking a HR Manager / Officer to join our fast paced, growing and dynamic businessResponsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of HR support to Senior Management and ensure the Company operating in line with UK employment law and excellent practice
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection process such as posting job advertisement, organising interviews, liaising with candidates and sourcing references and online checks ahead of interviews
  • Responsible for the production of offer letters, references, right to work checks, DBS checks, contracts and equal opportunities statistics.
  • Provide administrative support, such as prepare attendance report and salary calculations etc.
  • Supporting and assisting in Human Resources initiatives and projects
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
  • Must be eligible to work in UK
  • 2-5 years or above of proven experience in an HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK. Less experience will be considered as HR Officer
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll administration, experience dealing with visa is highly preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
  • Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
