Job Description

Role HR Manager / Business PartnerAre currently recruiting on behalf of a Niche successful growing Financial Services firm based in Central LondonThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record /career trajectoryKey Accountabilities -

  • Management of strategy and shaping of the Employee Lifecycle
  • Delivery of meaningful HR MI and Analytics to shape strategy
  • Operate within company and legislative risk parameters.
  • HR Lead experience during business change and transition
  • Advising senior management on HR best practices and issues, recommending appropriate courses of action and ensuring we remain compliant with employment law and regulations.
  • Providing first line advice to employees and managers and being a visible presence of HR for the business
  • Managing employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievances, absences and exit interviews as required.
  • Driving the continual monitoring and improvement of HR policies, procedures and practices to drive performance.
  • Development and implementation of L &D strategy and function
  • Employee engagement strategy and communication initiatives
  • Identifying training needs and delivering training programs
  • Managing a small HR Team
