Handle are partnering with an award-winning creative studio who are looking to bring on a standalone HR manager to head up their HR function.They have collaborated with an outsourced HR Service for the last few years, but with the companys recent growth they have recognised that the business would benefit from a dedicated Head of HR to come in and refresh all things HR.Comprised of a fantastic team who have worked hard to build a mature and progressive culture, it has a great foundation to come in and build on. The role is a true generalist position, and whilst it is standalone, this team are extremely collaborative soyou will have support at all levels. Initially the role will focus on revamping process, policy, HR systems and contracts in an effort to build a seamless HR Operation. However, a key part of the role will also revolve around business partnering - workingclosely across the business to elevate culture through initiatives surrounding DEI, well-being etc.The business has an interesting dynamic - on one side, creative production teams with the studios on-site, and on the other, the more corporate commercial side with different needs and drivers.Ideal candidates will bring experience from a creative production environment or similar and understand key industry challenges. Youll have a highly flexible approach and will be comfortable partnering with both the Commercial and Creative areas.
