Responsibilities: Provide a full spectrum of HR support to Senior Management and ensure the Company operating in line with UK employment law and excellent practice Support the delivery of day-to-day HR processes on the local market, including recruitment,application of UK working visa for overseas employees, localization of company policies and maintenance of employee database, etc. Act as the Authorizing Officer for the Companys visa sponsor license Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordancewith statutory requirements and enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness Produce reports and presentations regarding to salary or employee issues when required Handle ad hoc duties as required Requirements: Fluent in Chinese and English, both spokenand written. Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline 5 years or above of proven experience in a HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll administration, experience dealingwith visa is highly preferred Must be eligible to work in UK and be eligible to act as the Authorizing Officer for the Companys visa sponsor license Able to provide DBS check Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlinesAbility to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Please submit your CV online and include your current basic salary & expected salary, also remark the type and status of your visa in your CV if you need work permit in UK.
