We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in London on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the employee journey within our organization, focusing on recruitment, development, andstaff well-being. As the Part-Time HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive HR function, formulating HR strategies to support organizational growth, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a comprehensive HR function, including drafting operational documentation and implementing induction processesFormulate HR strategies to support organizational growth, drive initiatives, surveys, rewards, benefits, and succession planningMaintain accurate HR records, ensure compliance with data protection, GDPR, and employment lawPlan and deliver training programs, coordinate appraisals, and manage the employee assistance programCollaborate closely with the finance team for effective payroll processingFoster a positive and inclusive work environment, aligning with our organizations Christian ethosRequirements:Minimum 5 years of HR organizational and administrative experienceDegree-level education or equivalentHR professional certification/CIPD membership preferredStrong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of GDPR, employment legislation, and contractsSalary: £24,000 to £27,000 for 3 days per week (£40,000 to £45,000 FTE)Location: London, SE1 2FTAdvert: Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a part-time opportunity in London We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time HR Manager.
