Job Description

HR Manager Competitive DOE + BenefitsGreater LondonOur client is a leading business within the collection, recycling, processing and sale of residual products of construction waste. They provide solutions that contribute to increased sustainability and improved environmental performance in all areas. As HR Manager you will play a critical role in steering the organisation through a period of significant cultural change. You will be responsible for enhancing the companys performance appraisal processes and assisting with their skills development and traininginitiatives as well as overseeing the implementation of an HR system. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving and building long-term partnerships and business processes.Required skills and experience:

  • Produce HR KPI reports for the organisation.
  • Recording and processing confidential information, ensuring the HR System is up to date to reflect current employment contracts, right to work documentation, person circumstances, training and working arrangements.
  • To provide training internally to staff in areas such as appraisal training and other internal training courses where appropriate.
  • Support and steer managers in daily operations covering HR processes such as how to attract, recruit, develop, keep, and exit employees.
  • Develop and implement HR-processes and tools to support overall company goals.
