Job Description

Human Resources Manager - Hampstead - Circa £40,000Our client, a leading Estate Agency and Lettings Company with a long and succesful history stretching back 70 years, are looking for an experienced HR Manager to work out of their Hampstead (Head) Office.The succesful candidate will be a key member of the Management team that will overseeing all human resources functions within the organization (over 20 London offices and growing). This includes:-

  • Recruitment
  • Employee relations
  • Performance management
  • Training and development
  • Compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts within the workplace.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Work with employees to establish and achieve performance goals.
  • Training And Development
  • Encourage continuous learning and skill development.
  • Organize team-building activities and events.
