As the HR IT Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gapbetween IT and HR, ensuring that HR applications align seamlessly with business goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are passionate about driving IT solutions, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership:
  • Act as the single point of contact and first point of escalation for HR within the IT function.
  • Work closely with the CHRO or their delegate to ensure full alignment with global strategy, policies, and processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong engagement with the HR Leadership Team, understanding business requirements for IT services and solutions.
Project and Operations Management:
  • Define a roadmap to deliver agreed plans in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Drive projects within cost, quality, and timescale targets to realize cross-functional benefits.
Quality Management:
  • Align processes and operations to ITIL standards, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within set targets.
  • Define and maintain key quality KPIs, monitoring HR Application Service Operations.
Resource Management:
  • Manage Service Level Agreements between HR and internal/external IT resources.
  • Deliver regular Service Reviews and report on key performance metrics.
Qualifications/Training:
  • Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) - Essential
  • HR SuccessFactors experience - Preferred
  • Relevant Application development/maintenance training - Preferred
Experience/Knowledge:
  • Experience in application development/maintenance - Essential
  • Experience in HR/MI/BI project management - Essential
  • Experience in Vendor management - Essential
  • Experience in managing integration projects - Essential
Skills:
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills - Essential
  • Strong technological skills and ability to learn task-management software - Essential
