Job Description

A Global Investment Bank are currently recruiting for a HR Graduate to join their HR department in the City of London,the salary banding is up to £30,000+ an excellent benefits packageIdeally looking for someone who has worked in HR/recruitment or would like to learn more within this sector,experience in knowing the importance of data accuracy and time when doing tasks related to on-boarding new employees also important.SummaryYou will beresponsible for the working aspects of HR operations, supporting and reporting to the managers within the operations function. Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of all employee life cycle events; support the data collection for ourRisk committee meetings and support Visa applications.Key ResponsibilitiesHR OPERATIONS

  1. Responsible for data entry of employee life cycle events, from on / off boarding administration, maternity, paternity etc.
  2. Responsible for processing cost centre movements within iTrent
  3. Responsible employee data managementmaintaining validator / approver and reporting managers
  4. Preparation of HR documents
  5. First line of support on HR operational employee queries
  6. Participate in HR projects
  7. Responsible for processing Invoices
  8. Responsible for processing references
  9. Support HR Benefit policy queries
  10. HR Mobility support
  11. HR Operational risk supportdata collection gathering
HRIS
  1. To support the general management of iTrent HRMS. Responsibilities include:
    1. Cost Centre management in liaison with Finance
    2. Provide support to HR Teams;
  2. Support the running and distribution of HR MI Reporting as directed by HRIS manager.
  3. Provide Support for PeopleDoc queries
  4. Support development for additional processes/modules within Peopledoc
  5. Support ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications/Education Required:Experience working in a HR DepartmentExperience Required:Need to comfortable navigating around HR Systems, enjoys data entry, familiar with HR process and procedures.An all-rounder who has a willingness to learn, impeccable attention to detail who can take ownership of a wide variety of HR Operational tasks sitting within a small HR team
