Our client and award winning Tech centric Financial Services client supporting the Care industry are seeking a permanent and experienced HR Business Partner which is a remote opportunity, with occasional travel to London/Birmingham paying £48,000 - £50,000plus a wide array of perks. If you are an experienced HR Business partner looking for a varied, interesting and challenging new role then please read on….What does the role entailAs the HR Business Partner working remotely you will report in to the HR Director, where you will partner with the Care business to help ensure sustained and rapid growth, by developing and delivering a strong people plan aligning the businesses key objectives.As HRBP you will support and coach Managers, as well as advising on a range of HR subjects, issues, policies, procedures and processes including ER, performance management, succession planning, appraisals and more, whilst working on the roll out of new policiesand initiatives and an array of ad hoc projects.What skills will you haveTo be considered for this HR Business Partner you will be a highly competent and confident HR Business Partner who is used to reporting in to Directors and autonomously working with management, comfortable being able to challenge, advise and upskill on allHR/People issues and events. Working remotely you will be a strong self starter but must also be prepared for occasional travel to London and Birmingham. Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or above however experience is key, it would be an added bonusshould you have Union experience however not essential.What is on offerFor this permanent and remote HR Business Partner role is the opportunity to get a good work life balance, whilst growing your career with an established yet expanding business.
