The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a global organisation, with offices in Central London and Reading to assist them in their search for an HR Business Partner, who will be responsible for supporting the business across their UK and international functions.This is a Fixed Term Contract role over a 14-month period.The role is offered on a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week based between their Central London and Reading offices and 2 days remote from home.This globally respected company, within the Data Research industry, is looking to recruit an experienced HR BPworking within a wider team of HR business partners.This role will require you to have experience working at HR BP level in either the Research, Tech or Media industry Youll have a generalist background covering all aspects of HR - ER (good UK employment Law is required), resourcing, performance management,change programmes, restructuring as well as diversity and inclusion projects. Youll be comfortable working as part of a team delivering project work and leading smaller projects.You will requireexcellent communication skills, both oral and written and an ability to prioritise your work load to ensure the fulfilment of the business needs.
