Job Description

The Opportunity:Are you a dynamic and resilient HR Business Partner seeking your next exciting roleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fearless and exciting brand!Joining the business as HR Business Partner in their Oxford Street location, you’ll be partnering with their digital population and will have the opportunity to make a real impact.This is a fully site based, full time role based on Oxford Street.What you’ll be doing:

  • Alongside the HR team, develop and lead the people strategy for the site ensuring you achieve the business objectives and align to the HR plan
  • Deliver transactional and transformational people activities to drive business performance and process improvement
  • Support the business with the management and development of their people
  • Performance Management, Development and Talent Management with robust succession planning
  • Lead activities to recognise and increase levels of employee engagement
  • Support the Executive team to drive effective organisational design
What you’ll be:
  • Minimum of level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Retail experience within a complex matrix environment
  • Proven stakeholder management & excellent relationship building skills
  • Having proven partnering with the senior leadership team is essential
  • Assertive with good communication skills and the ability to demonstrate experience in influencing within a hierarchy of levels
  • Ability to interpret data and engage stakeholders to make informed decisions and deliver business focused solutions
  • Strong coaching skills
