A leading global financial services company is looking for a HR Business Analyst to join their HR Process Efficiency team in London, on a 6-month temp basis.A leading global financial services company is looking for a HR Business Analyst to join their HR Process Efficiency team in London, on a 6-month temp basis. The newly established HR Process Efficiency team within HR Shared Services globally aims to streamlineoperations and enforce consistent standards. The HR Business Analyst is pivotal in this effort, assessing and improving processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and proposing solutions to enhance the efficiency of operational service delivery.This role is 6 months temp, hybrid, and paying up to £56 per hour (around £400/day).Key Responsibilities Include:Conduct stakeholder meetings to assess current processes globally.Document key details of processes, including tasks, ownership, and volumes.Challenge existing practices to distinguish regulatory-driven tasks from current practices.Identify operational inefficiencies, such as work duplication and inconsistent ownership.Propose feasible improvements to streamline processes and assess their impact.Seek feedback and stakeholder buy-in, considering challenges, dependencies, and risks.Key Requirements Include:HR process documentation expert with global experience in re-engineering for large organisations.Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills for data interpretation.Effective communication with senior management in a matrix environment.Proven ability to build relationships remotely and locally, establishing credibility.Proficient in business requirements, user stories, process workflows, and project management.IT skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
